It scares me how easily I can get into a pattern of feeling so low that I just want to die. I’m so sick of just suddenly out of nowhere feeling depressed like this. There’s no reason. It just happens.
I guess the reason why I try to make other people happy is to distract myself from my own sadness. But I guess not even that’s enough.
